LPG Endermologie – also known as Lipomassage – is a natural, non-invasive aesthetic treatment method. General information
LPG endermology consists of a deep skin massage technique. The cells are stimulated and the production of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid is promoted. This results in a more radiant, firmer and younger-looking skin.
Here are the different indications for LPG treatment
Tissue smoothing after liposuction:
LPG is an optimal treatment before and after liposuction. Before liposuction, it helps to reduce the swelling and bruising that will appear after the procedure. After the procedure, it helps to reduce the indurations and irregularities that can typically occur after liposuction. It also helps to maintain a harmonious figure and gives a firmer appearance to the skin.
Smooth cellulite treatment:
Many women suffer from cellulite. Unfortunately, diets and physical activity are not enough to effectively combat this phenomenon. The mechanical stimulation of lipomassage promotes the release of excess water and fat while smoothing the skin, making LPG an effective anti-cellulite treatment.
Anti-aging, anti-wrinkle or skin firming treatment:
Many factors such as age, pregnancy or weight variation can lead to sagging skin. LPG's cell stimulation promotes the formation of collagen and elastin, resulting in a firmer skin texture.
Silhouette treatment:
With LPG, it is possible to shape certain parts of the body (the stomach, buttocks or hips for example) mainly in combination after liposuction treatment.
Fluid mobilization treatment :

Before the procedure
During the first consultation for LPG Endermologie, patients get to know us and can discuss their ideas, wishes and questions with us in peace and quiet. We make sure that LPG Endermologie is a treatment that will meet your expectations. We will create a treatment plan adapted to your needs and expectations. To this end, we will conduct an evaluation of your body and tissues. Before your LPG session, please advise us if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication such as anticoagulants or antibiotics, have skin problems, piercings, venous problems, nervous or muscular disorders, have had Botox or filler treatment, or have recently had surgery.
During the procedure
In general, we perform the first LPG Endermologie treatment on the same day as the first interview. If you are coming for a post-liposuction treatment, it is important to bring your compression garment. If you are coming for another type of treatment, we will provide you a suit called ENDERMOWEAR. The duration of the treatment depends on the indication. It usually lasts between 15 to 45 minutes. A number of six to ten sessions is usual. The treatment is performed on an outpatient basis. If pain should occur during the treatment, we can give you Entonox ® gas at the Bellefontaine Clinic to ensure that the treatment is gentle and pleasant.
After the procedure
If you have had liposuction prior to treatment, it is important to maintain a stable weight and a balanced diet to achieve an optimal end result. It is generally advisable to wait 48 hours between sessions. The final result can only be evaluated a few weeks to 3 months after the procedure.
